ChatApp has implemented its own algorithm for converting Brazilian phone numbers into suitable numbers for use in WhatsApp.
Advantages:
- Duplicate contacts in CRM are excluded;
- Brazilian numbers with 12 and 13 digits, which are incorrect for WhatsApp, become usable.
