Access to the channel of responsible employees

The option allows only those employees who were added to the responsible open line to start a dialogue, for other employees an access error will be issued.

The option does not affect the portal administrator.

By default, any employee can write to the client in Bitrix24 open channels, even if he has not been added to the responsible ones, therefore, an option has been introduced that blocks the ability to write to the client to those employees who are not added to the responsible ones in the open lines settings.
