Channel setup

ChatApp is a tool that allows you to integrate instant messengers directly or through providers. You can configure the line in the Business Account of the Project to which it is linked. 1.  In the "Lines" section, select a line and click on it. The "Communication Channels" section displays the messengers included in the line and the channels available for integration with CRM systems. To learn how to set up communication channels with CRM, see the article "Integration with CRM". The system offers the following communication channels for setup and binding. 2. Click the "Bind" button in the line of the channel you are setting up and begin setting up the connection.
