Create quick replies and train the Bot from the dialogue.
Searching for key phrases does not give an exact answer if the client wrote the question incorrectly. Therefore, train the Bot on real dialogues with customers. So Bot learns to perceive different variants of phrases.
1. Open a dialogue.
2. Hold down the right mouse button and swipe down to highlight messages.
3. Click train bots.
4. A notification about running bot training will appear.
5. Wait 10 minutes. The Bot does not learn immediately, the time depends on the size of the Quick Response Database.
When the user writes the first selected message, the second selected message will automatically be sent, then the third, and so on through the chain of selected messages.
