Search by key phrases to simplify the work of communicating with customers. The bot will automatically respond to the prepared phrases.
But the Bot will answer only if the client writes the phrase exactly as it is written in Quick Replies. To train the Bot to answer even incorrectly asked questions, use training from the dialogue.
1. Go to ChatApp Dialog.
2. Go to settings.
3. Go to Quick Responses.
4. Select the Quick Response for which you want to change the keywords.
5. Remove the wrong keyword by clicking the cross next to the keyword.
6. Add a new keyword.
7. Click Retrain QR.
8. A list of licenses assigned to the Bots will appear.
9. Select Bots and click Train bots.
10. A notification that bot retraining started will appear.
