- Go to the Bitrix24 portal and log into your workspace.
- In the left menu, go to the “Applications” - “Developers” section.
- In the “Ready Scenarios” tab, select “Other”.
- Select Local Application.
- Fill in the settings:
- Local application - “Server”.
- Your handler path - paste the link https://b24.chatapp.online/?action=main.
- Path for initial installation - paste the link https://b24.chatapp.online/?action=install.
- Uses API only - leave this option disabled.
- Supports BitrixMobile - activate the option.
- Menu item name Russian (ru) - enter “ChatApp”.
- Menu item name English (en) - enter “ChatApp”.
6. Copy and save the values from the Application ID (client_id) and Application Key (client_secret) fields.
7. Click Reinstall.
8. In the form that opens, paste the values copied in step 6:
9. Click «Finish Installation».
10. Select “Applications” - “ChatApp” in the left menu of Bitrix24.
11. Enter your ChatApp login details and click “Login”.
To continue working with the service, you need to connect ChatApp channels to the Bitrix24 Open Line.
