When an incoming call to the company's messenger (WhatsApp or Telegram Personal) is received, an incoming Call-miss message is generated to which we can assign a bot reaction, for example, ask to call us back to our work number.
Go to Bot settings, Reaction to Keys tab:
- Select Reaction - Incoming Messages;
- Key - Call - miss;
- Reaction Type - Messages.
In Bitrix24, you can set the trigger to the «Call – miss» Key phrase and start the automatic calling rule from the company's work number.
In amoCRM, it is also possible to do using SalesBot of the ChatApp widget.
