Write first in Telegram using a phone number from CRM

Write first from Bitrix24

  1. Go to Contacts (CRM -> Contacts)
  2. Find the necessary contact
  3. Choose ChatApp Telegram
  4. Connect to an open channel

Write first from WEBchat

  1. Go to Contacts (CRM -> Contacts)
  2. Find the necessary contact
  3. Choose ChatApp WEB
  4.  Click add contact
  5. Enter the phone number and click continue
  6. Start communication

Write first from the mobile app

  1. Select Messenger
  2. Click add contact
  3. Enter the phone number and click continue

Write first from amoCRM

  1. Go to Contacts (Lists -> Contacts)
  2. Find the necessary contact
  3. Press the button
  4. Fill out the form and send a message

All messages will be visible in the transaction!

In amoCRM, you can use WEB Chat by clicking on a widget while in contact or transaction!

The order of sending messages in it is similar to WEB Chat in Bitrix.

Who can't write First?

Important note!

If your number is in the client's blocked list, then you can still send messages.

They will be in the sent list, but customers will not see them!

It is impossible to write first only to those Telegram clients who have parameters set in the Privacy settings in the Phone Number section:

Who sees my phone number? - Nobody. Who can find me by number? - My contacts.
