Open the dialogs.pro.
Click the + "Start Dialog" button, select the messenger and start the dialogue.
You can start a dialogue:
- phone number (WhatsApp, Telegram personal);
- username, ID (Telegram personal). In the CRM card of the Messenger field, select the type - Telegram and enter @ Username;
- email.

How to write first from Bitrix24?
Go to the Bitrix24 platform and select the contact you want to contact. On the contact card, select ChatApp to open Connect to an open line and send a message. You can also select ChatApp WEB to open a web chat.
You can start a dialogue:

- username, ID (Telegram personal). In the CRM card of the Messenger field, select the type - Telegram and enter @ Username;
- email.

Go to the amoCRM portal and open Contacts.
You can start a dialogue:

- username, ID (Telegram personal). In the CRM card, use the field - work phone to enter @ username customer;
- email.
Kommo → Lists → Contacts → Contact Selection → Write via ChatApp → Form Fill → Select → Send Message
