The ChatApp team continues to improve the Personal Account to make line management simple and transparent. We have listened to your requests and implemented automatic archiving for unused lines.
How It Will Work
March 4, 2026
All lines that have not been renewed or paid for more than 12 months will be automatically moved to the archive. No prior notifications will be sent for these lines, but you can always check their status in your Personal Account.
Starting March 5, 2026
A new automatic archiving procedure will apply to all lines:
- If a line is not renewed or paid for more than 12 months, it will be automatically archived.
- You will receive a notification 7 days before the 12-month period expires, informing you about the upcoming archiving.
- An additional notification will be sent when the line is moved to the archive.
Important Information
- Archiving does not delete lines or data — they can be restored at any time.
- The new functionality makes the Personal Account cleaner and more convenient, allowing you to focus on active lines and communication management.
