In the previous version of Web Chat, tags were configured in the personal account in the settings of each connected license. The label editor of the updated version is configured directly in the chat settings, and the labels themselves are not tied to a license.
In addition, a very useful option has been added to the new version of the chat - the tag filter. It works simply - just enter the desired label in the search box and the system will sort the dialogs by it.
The old type of labels is no longer supported here, but we have not completely removed them. You can still use the old tags in the previous version of the chat: oldchat.chatapp.online.
