Altegio is a CRM system that provides the user with the functions of online recording and automation of the service sector, clearly demonstrating the structure of the company's business. To integrate Altegio with Chatapp you need:
1. Select the Chatapp application in Altegio, in the Integration section, click on it, and click connect:
2. When connecting click Continue to agree to give your location data to the ChatApp application.
3. Login using ChatApp data.
4. Then click on the pencil icon to edit the license and messengers.
5. Select a license and toggle the messenger channel to send notifications through this messenger.
6. Click Save.
