Change Password

When registering in the ChatApp service, all users are given an automatically generated password, which can be changed in the Personal Account.

To change the automatically generated password:

  • Log in to your ChatApp account and click on the user's avatar in the side menu (in the upper left corner of the screen)

  • In the user data modal window that opens, click the Change password button.
  • Enter the current password for the Personal Account, and then enter a new password. Re-enter the new password.
     

  • Click on the Save button.

After completion, the password from the Personal Account will be changed and the authorization page for entering with a new password will open.
