Currently, the storage limits for messages and files are as follows:
- File storage - 1 month
- Message retention - 2 years
Maximum file size:
- For WhatsApp Web, WhatsApp Business API, Telegram personal - 60MB
- For ViberBot, Avito, TelegramBot, VK - 50MB
- For Email - 10MB
Note 1: Storage limits apply to all channels.
Note 2: The history of messages and files in ChatApp Dialog is saved only after connecting the integration and only on active lines. If the line was inactive, then messages and files will not be saved to the ChatApp Dialog history during the period of inactivity.
You can remove restrictions by linking S3 storage.
