In the left sidebar, select "Knowledge Base".
Click on the "share" icon in the created section to which you want to give access.
In the opened window, enter the employee's email, and select whether the employee will be able to edit the database or only read. Click Add User.
Now, these employees will be able to view and edit the quick response database.
