Adding a client

To start working successfully as a Partner, you need to attach clients to your Personal Account. You can do this as follows: • create a new client in the ChatApp system; • connect a client registered in the system, inviting him to cooperate with you. Create a new client 1. In the left menu of your Personal Account in the "Partner section", click on the "My clients" section. 2. Click on the "Create Client" button. 3. Fill in the fields of full name, Email, Phone number with the user data of the created Personal Account of the client and click on the "Register user" button. The system will inform you about the successful registration of your client in the system and send access information to the specified email address. The table will display information about your customers, the lines connected to them, and their activity. You can buy a line for the client and get a certificate about his work in the system. Connect a client You can only connect a client that is not connected to another partner. The client must terminate the existing partnership on his own initiative, after that you can send him an invitation. 1. In the left menu of your Personal Account in the "Partner section", click on the "My clients" section. 2. Click on the "Invite client" button. 3. Copy the referral link from the field and send it to the client. To accept the invitation, the client must insert the received link into the address bar of the browser in which his personal account is open. A confirmation window opens confirming acceptance of the invitation. After accepting the invitation, the client will be attached to your Personal Account and displayed in the "My clients" table.
