Creating and Configuring an Organization
After registering and authorizing in the system, the User can set up an existing Organization or create and set up a new one. Creation of an organization- At the top of the left sidebar of the Personal Account page, in the drop-down list of existing Organizations and Projects, click the "Create Organization +" button.
- In the form that opens, enter the Organization name and click "Save." To cancel creation, click "Cancel."
- Log in to an Organization by selecting any of its Projects in the list of organizations at the top of the left sidebar of the Personal Account page.
- Click on the "Organization" section in the left sidebar of the page.
- Enter a new Organization name and click on the icon.
- Click on the "Edit >" field in the line with the organization name.
- In the opened form, the details of the Legal Owner of the Organization
- Click the "Save" button after changing the data.
- To set or change the installed Organization image, click the "Upload new" button.
2. Set the boundaries to crop the photo.
3. Select a photo from your device to set the Organization image. Upload format: JPEG/JPG or PNG, up to 25 MB in size.
4. Click the Done button to save the Organization image or the Cancel button to go back.
The Organization's image has been saved in the system.
5. To delete a previously installed image, simply click on the “Delete photo” button and it will be removed from your account.
Change the Legal Owner of an Organization The system assigns the Organization owner to the person who made the first payment for the line license. The owner can only be changed once.- Click the "Change Owner" button.
- Click the "I have submitted the application" button to confirm the change of ownership or the "Cancel" button to refuse the change.
