Setting up the line

You can set up a line in the Organization of the Project to which it is linked.   In the "Lines" section, select a line and click on it.   You can:
  1. change the line name;
  1) In the line name field, click on the icon and enter a new name.   2) Click on the icon .
  1. add a new channel;
You can add a new channel to a line if there are more than 5 days left before its expiration. You can remove channels from a line and completely change its composition less than 5 days before its expiration.   1) Click on the "New Channel" field.   In the window that opens, you will see all channels included in the line, along with their payment status. 2) Add new channels if necessary by clicking the icon in the desired channel's row. It will appear in the "Line Contents" area on the right.   The total cost of added channels is calculated and displayed immediately. 3) Click the “Done” button after creating the addition to the line.   The system generates an order in which you can:
  1. a) Use the “Edit” button to change the channels being added.
  2. b) Create and add a new line to the order by clicking on the “+ Add line” button.
  3. c) View the order composition, which shows:
- a list of additional channels to be purchased and the Project to which the line is connected; - the cost of each channel; - the total amount of the order. 4) Click the “Next” button to proceed to payment for your order. How to pay for an order – see the article "Purchase of a line".
  1. extend the line;
  Click on the "Extend" field. For instructions, see the article "Line extension".
  1. link the line to the Project;
1) Click in the "Ownership" section of the Project field.   2) Use the switches to enable the Projects you want to link the line to. Here you can edit the existing link.   The connection of a line to multiple Projects is displayed in the field.
  1. set up communication channels;
The "Communication Channels" section displays channels already included in the line and channels available for integration with CRM systems.   To learn how to link and configure channels, see the article "Channel setup".   1. set up alerts and messages;
  Enable messages from your lines and the push notifications you need.
  1. Set up S3 storage.
S3 storage is a cloud service that allows you to store files of any type and size. It is most commonly used to store images, videos, program code, document archives, and so on.   If the storage was not linked when setting up the Project, the system will prompt you to add the storage to the system and set up the link.   To set up the binding, see the article "Creating and configuring a Project" --> link S3 storage.
