How to do this - read the article "Registration of an official partner". You will be assigned the status of a "Candidate Partner". Then follow these steps:
1. Fill out the Partner's Profile;
2. Send a message to support;
3. Post the ChatApp logo and referral link on your website.
Fill out the partner's profile
We place partners on our website, so you can get additional leads. Clients who do not have the opportunity to implement ChatApp on their own choose integrators based on the information you leave about yourself. Therefore, it is important to fill out a profile: it depends on how targeted the applications will be.
Some of the information is needed in order for our communication with you to be effective.
1). The "Partner section" has opened in the left menu of the Personal Account. Click on the "Partner Profile" to fill it out.
A partner profile with your current Partner Candidate status is available to you.
In the Partner's Profile, you must fill in the following required fields:
a) Company name or full name of the responsible person.
b) A link to your website page where you will post the referral link and the ChatApp logo.
c) Contact information: email, phone numbers, messengers where you can contact your technical support.
d) The address of the office location.
Knowing in advance the language in which you communicate with customers, your work schedule and the CRM that you integrate, we will be able to provide support faster and more efficiently. It will also help customers choose you. These fields are optional, but we recommend that you fill them in.
e) In the partner's profile, add the languages of communication with clients.
f) Add the opening hours of your technical support.
g) Download the product test certificates, if any. According to these certificates, we understand that the integrator can provide qualified assistance to our clients.
2). Click on the "Save Partner profile" button.
Write to ChatApp technical support
Write to us in the technical support chat to inform us that the conditions have been met. Expect to receive the status of an "Official Partner". Posting is the right of ChatApp and is done after approval.
Post the ChatApp logo and referral link on your website.
1). In the left menu of your Personal Account in the "Partner section", click on the "My clients" section. This and other sections will be available after you are assigned the status of "Official Partner".
2). Copy the ChatApp referral link from the "Customer Acquisition Link" field and post it on your website.
3). Go to the ChatApp Branding section. Save the ChatApp logo and post it on your website.
You can copy and place the "Works with ChatApp" button on your website as an alternative way to mention the brand.
