Creating and configuring a Project

A Project is a subsection of an Organization. It represents a department within the Organization with settings for lines, employees, integrations, and metrics. How to create a project This can be done:
  1. At the top of the left sidebar of the Personal Account page, select the Organization for which you are creating the Project from the drop-down list and click the icon opposite it.
 
  1. Enter the Project name and click the Save button.
  The project has been created, and the system will prompt you to proceed to creating and configuring lines in the created Project.    
  1. In the left sidebar of the Personal Account page, click on the "Projects" section.
  A page with a list of all Projects will open.
  1. Click on the “New Project” button and enter the Project name.
 
  1. Click the "Save" button.

  1. In the left sidebar of the Personal Account page, click on the "Projects" section.
 
  1. Select the Project to configure.
  You can: 1) change the name of the Project; To do this, enter a new name in the field and click on the icon . 2) adjust the lines; How to do this, see the article "Creating and Configuring an Organization". 3) set up payment systems – connect and set up cash register systems; How to do this, see the article "Connecting cash register systems". 4) connect Google Account – Google Sheets; a) Click on the "Connect Google Account" field.       b) Select the account to connect.   c) Allow ChatApp access to your account by clicking the Continue button.   d) Set access rights and click the Continue button.   Connection to your account has been completed.   You can disconnect your Google Account from ChatApp at any time by clicking on the icon . e) Click the "Provide access to tables" button.   In the window that opens, select the table and click the "Select" button. Access to the table is granted. 5) set the time zone and work schedule; a) Click on the "Time Zone" field.   Please specify your time zone and fill in the Project schedule by day of the week.b) Click the "Save" button.   The time zone and working hours have been set. 6) set up notifications; a) Click on the "Notifications" field.   b) Click the "Login via Telegram" button to use your account to receive notifications.   c) Enter the account phone number and click the "Next" button. d) You will receive a message in Messenger. Confirm your consent to authorize your ChatApp account or decline. e) In the window that opens, allow ChatApp access to your account name, public link, and photo, or deny the request.   You've logged in to chatapp.online via @chatapp_bot. The site knows your name, public link, and photo. @chatapp_bot has also been given the ability to message you via Telegram. f) The system confirms sending notifications about line status changes to your Telegram account. Click the "Close" button.   7) link S3 storage. S3 storage is a cloud service that allows you to store files of any type and size. It is most commonly used to store images, videos, program code, document archives, and so on. a) Click on the "S3 Storage" field.   b) If the storage you need is not available in the system, click the “Add storage” button.   c) Fill in the required fields: d) Click the "Save" button. e) Select the desired storage from the list and click "Done." The storage is linked to the Project line.
