Registration and authorization in ChatApp software

To connect ChatApp: 1. Go to the website https://chatapp.online. 2. In the upper right corner of the page, click the "Free trial" button or "Login" if you are already registered.

3. Enter the User's email address or phone number. Do not enter third-party information, as it will be used to manage access to the Personal Account. We recommend using a corporate email address or phone number. Please enter the phone number in the format +7 (###) ### ## ##.

4. Enter the code you received:

• when registering by phone number- the code will be sent via business notification to Telegram.

When registering via phone, you can receive the code via WhatsApp: 1. Scan the QR code 2. Follow the generated link, 3. Send a message "Login" 4. Receive the registration code.

For authorization and registration of clients with EN and KZ phone numbers, the method of receiving a code via SMS and VK will not be available. Please use Telegram and WhatsApp messengers.

• when registering by mail- letter from no-reply@chatapp.pro (check your SPAM folder if you don't see the email).

Agree with the terms of use of the software and receiving informational messages from ChatApp. When registering via email, you must link a phone number in the format +7 (###) ### ## ## to your account. A confirmation window will appear when you log in to your personal account.

The code will be sent via Telegram*. Enter it in the required field.

You can also receive the code via WhatsApp when registering your phone: 1. Scan the QR code 2. Follow the generated link 3. Send a message "Login" 4. Receive the registration code.

After successful registration and authorization in the system, a User Profile is automatically created, along with a Personal Account linked to it, the first Organization, and a Project connected to it with the names "Organization_ID" and "Project_ID". You have been assigned the role of Chief Administrator. This allows you to:

• create Organizations; • create Projects within the Organization; • manage employee roles within Projects; • edit the details of Organizations.

The profile user is the Chief Administrator for all Organizations and Projects created by him. You can rename Organizations and Projects, create new ones immediately, or do so later. For instructions, see the article "Creating and Configuring an Organization" And "Creating and configuring a Project". You can view and edit your personal information in your User Profile in the left sidebar of the page under the "Profile" button.
