Setting up and viewing notifications

Notifications about various types of events are sent to your Personal Account, Telegram, and other messengers, via email, and as push notifications. Notifications keep you informed about channel and line status changes, company events, new features, news, and ChatApp events. Setting up notifications
  1. Click the "Notifications" icon in the left sidebar of the Project page.
  The "Notification Settings" tab will display the settings form.  
  1. Log in to Telegram to receive system notifications.
 
  1. In the "Management" section, use the switches to turn on the events you want to receive notifications about.
 
  1. In the "Channels" section, use the switches to turn on the channels through which you will receive notifications.
  2. Click the "Enable" button to enable push notifications.
Setting up system notifications System notifications are needed to find out if an integration (for example, WhatsApp Web) has been disconnected from the line, or to see a new connection. Types of notifications:
  1. In the left sidebar of the Project page, click the "Lines" section and select the line for which you want to receive system notifications.
 
  1. In the "Notifications" section of the line settings, use the switches to enable the types of notifications you want to receive via push.
  View notifications
  1. Click the "Notifications" icon in the left sidebar of the Project page.
  Each type of notification is highlighted in its own color: -- System notifications—about channel and line status, authorization, password changes, and profile changes. Highlighted in yellow. . -- Company events — information about the companies to which the account is linked: employees, company news, and newsletters. Highlighted in green . -- Information about new functionality and instructions – ChatApp updates. Highlighted in red . -- Platform news — about new cases, platform events, and activities. Highlighted in blue. .   The "All Notifications" tab displays all incoming notifications. If you haven't performed the action you've received a notification about, hover over the notification and click "Instructions" to access the ChatApp Knowledge Base. This section will explain what you need to do to protect your data.
