User profile
The User Profile contains the personal information entered during registration. It can be viewed and edited in the left sidebar of the Personal Account page under the "Profile" button. The "User Profile" tab is designed to provide the User with access to their personal information and profile settings. The Security tab is used to secure your user profile, change your password, and allow ChatApp staff to access your account for assistance. On them you can:- Change your profile name
- Change email
1). Click on the User's email field. A form for changing the value will open.
2). Enter a new email address and click the "Next" button.
3). In the email confirmation form, enter the code received in the email.
If you haven't received an email with a code, click the "Get a new code" button.
The new email address for the User profile is saved in the system.
- Change your phone number
1). Click on the field with the User's phone number.
2). A form for changing the value will open. Enter the new phone number and click "Next."
3). In the number change confirmation form, enter the code received as a business notification on VKontakte, Telegram, or SMS.
4). To receive a registration code via WhatsApp, scan the QR code, follow the generated link, send a message saying "Login" and receive a registration code.
The new phone number of the User profile is saved in the system.

- Set the current time zone
- Set, change, and delete your profile photo To set or change your profile photo, click the "Upload New" button.
1) Select a photo from your device to use as your profile avatar. Upload in JPEG/JPG or PNG format, up to 25 MB in size.
2) Set the avatar boundaries to crop the photo.
3) Click the "Done" button to save the avatar in the User profile or the "Cancel" button to go back.
The profile photo has been saved in the system.
To delete a previously installed photo, simply click the "Delete Photo" button; the avatar will be removed from your profile.
- Log out of your account
- Change your password
1). Click the "Change password" button.
2). Fill in the password change form fields with valid data and click the "Save" button.
The system will confirm his password update and save it in his profile.
- Grant access to ChatApp employees
- Slide the switch to the right to grant access.
- For temporary access, select the "Temporary Access" field. Select a calendar date when ChatApp staff will be available to assist you.
- To grant permanent access, select "Unlimited." ChatApp staff will be able to log into your Personal Account at any time and troubleshoot issues.
