Starting block

With this block, the bot understands where to start the conversation. If this block is missing, it is not clear, which action to do first. Therefore, you can't create more than one start block or save the script without one.

Setting up the “Start block”

You can configure the reaction of the starting block to one of three conditions:

  • Incoming message;
  • Outgoing message;
  • All messages.

This will allow you to choose under what circumstances the bot will run the script.
