Bot constructor

• We expanded the capabilities of the bot designer with a new block - “Distribution by levels”;
• We introduced a new CRM block - “Create a CRM company”;
• Create a lead in CRM using the block of the same name.

Personal Area

• Now you can add an Instagram channel to your line.

Our integrations

• We talked about the case of automation of communication in our client’s business on Habr.com;
• You can now connect the Instagram connector to Bitrix24.
