The ChatApp bot has a new feature – collecting feedback.
How it works
After automatically closing the dialogue, the bot prompts the user to leave a review or rating.
You can also configure a list of commands – user phrases that will prompt the bot to give a rating or write a review.
For example, if the user writes “thanks for your help,” the bot will offer to rate the operator.
You can set your own rating scale. For example, make the maximum score 5 or 10. ChatApp provides a scale of up to 20 points.
You can make a special response for each assessment.
For example, if the user gave the minimum score, you can ask what exactly he is dissatisfied with.
All reviews and ratings are saved in the “Reviews and Ratings” section.
You can filter reviews by license and channel, and contact the reviewer by chat ID.
If the bot requests feedback and the user does not respond within 24 hours, a reset occurs. The bot will no longer ask for a rating or review from this user.
How to connect
1️⃣ Personal account → Bot → More → Work with feedback
2️⃣ Fill out the list of phrases that trigger the collection of reviews and ratings, the text of the request for reviews and the response upon receipt.
- If only the text of the ratings request is specified, the ratings script will work;
- If only the text of the review request is specified, then the script for collecting reviews will work;
- If both options are specified, the bot will ask for both a rating and a review.
3️⃣ Click on the “Save bot settings” button.
