Case for recruiters using a personal Telegram account

Tools: ChatApp service and Telegram personal channel.

Task: find a candidate for the vacancy of a content manager.

We automate the selection system; you need to set up the mailing in three stages:

  • Mailing parameters;
  • Automatic Salesbot dialogs in amoCRM;
  • Transfer of the candidate to an HR specialist.

Stage 1 - set up mailing parameters

Message template.

The text of the messages is made the same, but the address is different, which helps avoid a ban from Telegram.

Let's make one parameter with a different greeting combination.

Work time

You can set up sending messages according to your own schedule, from Monday to Sunday. Turning workdays on and off is controlled by sliders. We have set a full week.

Time to send messages

You can also customize according to your own parameters. This is especially useful when sending messages to other time zones. We set the time for sending messages from 8:00 to 20:00.

Selecting a source for sending messages

You are given the opportunity to independently choose the most convenient source. It can be:

  1. Groups and chats;
  2. Loading dialogs from the license;
  3. Import contacts from a file;
  4. Manually adding contacts;
  5. Loading contacts from parsing.

Let’s select the source - “Load list from parsing”. Let’s add a working Telegram account to the “Copywriters” group needed for collecting contacts, and start parsing it from the Parsing menu, ChatApp personal account.

Stage 2 - automatic Salesbot dialogs in amoCRM

We move the deal through the stages:

  • Step 1. Checking the reaction of contacts to our greeting. The ChatApp.Logical sales bot trigger checks responses using key phrases and if it finds a key phrase, then sends the answer to the candidate.
  • Step 2. If the answer in step 1 was satisfactory for the sales bot. Checking key phrases for the introductory message;
  • Step 3. If the answer in step 2 satisfied the sales bot. Checking key phrases for a sentence;
  • Step 4. Transfer of the candidate to an HR specialist;
  • Step 5. The ChatApp trigger for salesbot sets the mark - Candidate.
