Efficient Mailings

When Might it Be Needed

The chatbot may be needed when it's necessary to inform about an event, promotion, or special offer while also collecting information from clients about whether to continue or stop the mailing.

 

How the Chatbot Helps

The chatbot connects to the client database mailing, adding tags based on the client's response. The bot also handles existing tags. For example, if a contact already has a "do not send notifications" tag, the smart bot will exclude the lead from the mailing.

 

Scenario Example

The client is offered to register for an event through the mailing, and the chatbot then, depending on the tag, sends the necessary materials for the event or stops informing in case the client declines (a tag is set).
