Important issues on connection of Telegram

Is messaging to clients from database available?

It is available via personal Telegram. Personal account will not be banned in case of feedback from clients or big 20–30 minutes pause

Is it possible to connect several accounts?

If your managers communicate with clients using personal numbers, you can connect unlimited number of accounts to Telegram via ChatApp and receive messages in common window of ChatApp Dialog

Is it possible to initiate a dialog with client via phone number or username?

It is possible with personal Telegram. There are no limitations for username, but when initiating a dialog by phone number you may encounter a closed client profile, in this case it will be impossible to send a message. In most of the cases client profiles are standard and you can communicate with them by phone number and username

Are there any restrictions in usage of personal Telegram account ?

Yes, you can add maximum 15 contacts per day, if this limit will be exceeded, on the next day you may add only 5 contacts.
