A solution from VK for sending service and transactional messages by phone number. Notify about purchases, transfer of goods for delivery, future charges for services, etc. The service supports long text, pictures and modern automation capabilities using chatbots.
Using VK Notify will reduce the costs of service and transactional messages several times.

You can respond to service notifications
They come in private messages on behalf of the official group of the company (subscription is optional). Suitable for chatbots.
Business notifications
You cannot respond to business notifications
They come to a special section in the client’s personal messages.

VK integration does not allow you to write to the client first. It is intended for correspondence with users in private messages and working with comments. VK Notify is a service for notifying users about certain actions. It allows you to write first by phone number, but if the client enters into correspondence, then in order to respond he needs to additionally connect the VK channel.
You can write first, but you will need to approve the template first. A template is a notification layout approved by VK Notify. Templates can contain text, images, buttons and variables. You can start a dialogue on the company’s part only with the help of a template notification.
There are a number of restrictions on such actions. You can:
- Confirm actions and remind about them within 3 days;
- Notify about unfinished orders and services;
- Remind about payments for existing services;
- Remind about actions within 3 days;
- Notify about the loyalty program within 30 days after the user's action;
- Notify in closed corporate systems;
- Send transactions, debits and charges.
5000 ₽ per month + 0.7 ₽ for each outgoing notification. The following outgoing regular (not template) messages will be free. To conduct further correspondence when the client responds to a template message, you must additionally connect the VK channel.
VK Notify fully complies with the law “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection”. Therefore, organizations subject to the law can use this integration.
