Updates in ChatApp Over the Past Week!
We continue to work on improving the service to make it more convenient and functional for you. Here’s what we have new:
• Leave note messages inside dialogs ;
• Improved the principle of sending templates to clients writing from WhatsApp Business API ;
• Integrated the ability to set default templates ;
• Fixed a bug due to which the employee’s name was not displayed ;
• Chats will no longer be duplicated on other accounts after changing profiles .
• Changed the logic of Incoming Webhook block with variables .
Our Integrations:
• Added the ability to disable messages from groups in Bitrix24 and amoCRM ;
• Text commands to close a dialog are no longer sent to the user ; • Made the widget creation menu in Bitrix24 more intuitive ;
