Don't worry. We have already done this for you and fixed this issue in our ChatApp service. Now in CRM Bitrix24, when an incoming message from a phone number consists of 12 characters, ChatApp forcibly saves the phone to the CRM card.
In order to make sure that leads and CRM contacts are created correctly in Bitrix24, you need to close all dialogs in the Bitrix24 Contact Center.
