After installing the ChatApp application In the Bitrix24 marketplace, in the "Contact Center" section, ChatApp connectors are created to configure the connection of channels to open lines.

•  ChatApp - WACA - WhatsApp Cloud API channel connection settings

•  ChatApp - WABA - Connection settings for the official WhatsApp Business API channel

•  ChatApp - Telegram personal - Telegram channel connection settings

•  ChatApp - Telegram bot - Telegram bot channel connection settings

•  ChatApp - Viber - Viber bot channel connection settings

•  ChatApp - Avito - Avito channel connection settings

•  ChatApp - Vkontakte - Vkontakte channel connection settings.

•  ChatApp - Instagram* - Instagram channel connection settings*

•  ChatApp - Facebook* - Facebook channel connection settings*

•  ChatApp - VK Notify - VK-Notify channel connection settings

•  ChatApp - Email - Email channel connection settings

•  ChatApp - Max - Max channel connection settings

1. Click on the desired connector. 2. In the menu, select: create a new open line or connect to an existing one.   3. Click "Connect". 4. In the "Account" section of the settings, select the ChatApp line that the channel you want connects to. Click the "Request account" button to create your ChatApp account if you don't have one.   5. Fill in the following fields in the section:

•  Website widget – a convenient channel name and a link to a widget on your website for quick communication between clients and you.

 

•  SMS-provider – for audience segmentation and selective sending of emails to clients.

 

•  Webhook -- URL of the webhook to be called to process parameters passed from ChatApp.

 

•  Show messages in open channels sent from

 

•  Setting up chats

 

•  Exclude duplicates in CRM

 

•  Synchronization to responsible

 

6. Click “Save and connect”. The channel has been added to the open line. Next you can proceed to setting up an open line Bitrix24 and add responsible users who will receive notifications about new messages. You can quickly access the conversation in the ChatApp tab, which becomes available after installing the app—in the contact, lead, or deal card.
