Collect client contacts
In this article, we will set up a bot to collect additional information: phone, email
- Go to your ChatApp Dashboard and select "Bot" in the left side menu.
- Click on the "Bot" button in the Navigation section
- Select "Collect additional information" in the "More" section:
- On the right, in the drop-down menu, select which parameter you want to add and click on “+ Add parameter”:
- Select Phone, Email to add fields to collect information. Enable the section “Collect additional information”:
- Write text if necessary
