ChatApp Dialog does not load in Bitrix24 when selecting ChatApp in a deal, contact, or lead.
Check your browser it may block cookies
1. In the browser, click on the lock icon. And select Cookies.
2. In the pop-up window, go to the Blocked tab and if the chatapp.online or Bitrix24 addresses are blocked, select it and click Allow. Then click Done.
3. Refresh the page.
Check if the ad blocker is enabled
Sometimes an ad blocker causes problems with websites.
Try to disable it on the Bitrix24 page.
