Collecting feedback using a chat bot ChatApp

Feedback collection

In this article, we will set up a bot to collect feedback from customers.

  • Go to your ChatApp Dashboard and select "Bot" in the left side menu.
  • Click on the "Bot" button in the Navigation section:
  • Select the “Work with feedback” item in the “More” section:
  • Turn on the "Enable feedback collection" function:
  • Specify the Text of the rating request, the feedback request and the commands for which the collection of ratings is triggered (example above)
  • For each rating scale, write a response for the client

If the bot requested a rating, and the employee, without waiting for it, starts a dialogue on a new one, in this case the bot opens the dialog and resets the rating request until the next close.
