In your personal account, you can buy or extend a line using your card. To avoid possible tax and billing issues, use a business card for this method.
When you select a region in the menu on the left, the relevant currency will be set automatically. Regardless of the currency, the payment algorithm is this:
1. Go to your ChatApp personal account;
2. In the left menu, click "My Business";
3. On the opened page, click on "Buy a Line" or "Extend" next to the previously purchased line;
4. Select the period for which you want to pay for the line. When purchasing for 6 months or more you will receive a discount of 10 to 20%;
5. Select the channels you want;
6. At the bottom, click "To pay";
7. On the opened page, click on RoboKassa or Paypal;
8. Enter your card details.
RoboKassa uses tenge as the payment currency. You will pay exactly what you should: the system automatically converts money from other currencies.
Payment through PayPal
You can pay for ChatApp services with PayPal in a few clicks.
To use PayPal, you need to register with the service.
- Go to the PayPal official website and click on the “Sign Up” button. Select the type of account to register: Personal account or Corporate account. Enter and verify your phone number;
- Next, enter the required registration data - Email, Full Name, Address, etc. Add a bank card that will be linked to your PayPal account;
- You will then be able to make payments using PayPal;
- All payments are made to the email address you provided when registering your PayPal account.
