Auto-replies in open line group chats in Bitrix24

In WhatsApp, Telegram Personal, Telegram Bot, and Vkontakte, you can communicate with individuals as well as groups of people. When setting up auto-replies in Bitrix24, the auto-messages are sent only in personal chats.

To enable auto-replies in group chats, use the ChatApp connector setting "Enable auto-replies in open line group chats." Here's how to do it:

Make sure you have added communication channels in your ChatApp personal account and installed the ChatApp application in Bitrix24. Also, ensure that you have set up open lines and auto-replies.

1. Go to Bitrix24.

2. In the left menu, click on CRM.

3. Click on "Contact Center".

4. Select the appropriate communication channel.

This feature is available for WhatsApp, Telegram Personal, Telegram Bot, and Vkontakte.

5. Click on "Change".

6. Open the "Chat Settings" tab.

7. Check the box for "Enable auto-replies in open lines group chats".

8. Click on "Save".

Now, auto-replies will be sent in group chats as well.
