The ability to automatically respond with template WhatsApp business API messages is universal, the bot can respond with a template message to outgoing or incoming messages:
- customers;
- your employees;
- CRM robots;
- sending.
For example, if you launched the newsletter on March 8, then the next message the bot can send a template message with buttons - call or buy in the online store.
In the Reaction Type field, select Template Message.
Fill in the template parameters.
