You can send a message to the client during and after a call in Bitrix24. This may be useful to create a dialog for quick communication with the client.
1. To activate the "Send Message" form, switch to the ChatApp Connector - Bitrix24 settings and select ChatApp Settings in the Call Card:
Turn the "Embed ChatApp in Calling Card" slider to the right for activation. Or leave it off if you want to hide the tab.
2. The ChatApp "Send Message" tab will open automatically with the call:
The default message text can be changed for each call card.
How to send a message
1. Select a messenger from the ChatApp tab.
2. Select a line.
3. Type new message in the text box or use default message. Click "Send."
4. For Telegram messenger, if the phone is hidden or the user is not registered, appears notification.
5. For WhatsApp Business API messenger, if the message is the first one or the 24-hour window has expired, only a template can be sent.
