Notifications about different types of events are sent to your Personal Account, Telegram, other messengers, Email, and as Push notifications. They help you stay informed about channel and line status changes, company events, new features, news, and ChatApp activities.
Viewing Notifications in the Personal Account
Go to the Notifications section by clicking the icon in the left menu.
All received notifications will be displayed in this section.

Configuring Notifications
Go to Settings → Notifications.

In the Management section, choose which notifications you want to receive:

System notifications – about channel and line statuses, logins, password changes, profile updates. Highlighted in yellow.
Company events – related to the companies linked to your account: employees, company news, mailings. Highlighted in green.
Information about new features and instructions – ChatApp updates. Highlighted in red.
Platform news – about new cases, platform events, and activities. Highlighted in blue.
In the Channels section, select where notifications will be sent:

Browser Push notifications – in your browser.
Other apps – in messengers except Telegram.
Telegram – to your Telegram account.
ChatApp Personal Account (bell icon) – in the Notifications section of the Personal Account.
Email – to your email address.
At the bottom of the section, you can enable or disable browser Push notifications.
