If you buy a line for 6 months or more, you get a discount, and if the client pays for the line himself instead of the discount, you get bonuses. Bonuses are displayed in the menu on the left under the profile icon. Bonuses are not tied to a specific company: you can spend them on the purchase and renewal of any line. Closing documents are not created for purchases with bonuses.
If the client pays for the line themselves for 6 months or more, you will receive a 10/15/20% cashback
How to pay for the line by bonuses.
- Go to your ChatApp account;
- In the menu on the left, click on the "My Business" tab;
- Click on "Buy Line";
- On the payment page, click on " Buy for a client";
- Select a client;
- Move the "Pay with Company" slider to the right and select your company;
- Select the subscription period
- Specify the period for which the line is purchased. If you purchase for 6 months or more, you get a discount for 10/15/20 %;
- Select the desired communication channels;
- At the bottom under the "To Pay" button;
- On the page that opens, click "Bonuses".
