If nothing helped, try reinstalling the ChatApp integration in Bitrix24.
1. Go to Market on the Bitrix24 sidebar.
2. Click More and select Installed apps.
3. Click on the integration.
4. Click Uninstall.
5. A window will open where you need to confirm the deletion. To save the settings, leave the checkbox “delete application settings and data” empty.
6. After the uninstall, the integration landing will not disappear, install the integration again right from here by clicking Install.
