Use Instagram* to communicate with clients; private messages and comments will be available in Dialogs.Pro.
By connecting Instagram* to your channel, you can connect bots to conversations and create custom scenarios in the bot builder to simplify communication with Instagram users*. To successfully connect, your Instagram* page must be linked to Facebook Business Manager*.
Click on the “Link” button next to “Instagram*”.
In the form that opens, you can read the instructions by clicking on the "How to connect Instagram" field.
Click on the "Log in with Facebook" field to connect.
Select your Facebook profile* or log in using your username and password.
Select the company linked to your Instagram business account* and click "Continue." You can select multiple companies.
Select the Facebook business page* linked to your Instagram business account* and click "Continue." You can select multiple business pages.
Select the Instagram business account* you want to connect to Line and click "Continue." You can select multiple accounts at once.
Click “Save” → wait a bit → click “Got it”.
Be sure to select the Instagram account* that you want to connect to Line and click “Connect”.
The line settings will show that the Instagram channel is connected.
Important:
1. Instagram only supports the following file types:
• Images: jpeg, gif, HEIC, png - up to 8 MB;
• Audio: acc, m4a, wav - up to 25 MB;
• Recommended video formats: mp4 and mov.
2. You can't be the first to message a client from Instagram* from Bitrix24 - the dialogue can only continue if the social network client initiates the conversation;
3. You can only reply to customers who message you from Instagram* within a 24-hour window from the initial message;
4. Comments left under posts from the connected account are sent to Dialogs.pro, where they can be responded to.
