Your partner account contains all the necessary tools to manage your customers' lines, as well as to monitor their payments and your bonuses.
NOTE: Create accounts separately for each client, it is not safe to keep all clients in one account. If you still have questions, we suggest you watch a video with detailed instructions.
Purchase and extension of the client's line
For ChatApp partners, we have developed several ways to purchase and extend lines for the client so that you could select the one that is more convenient for you.
Buying a line for a client from a personal account
You can buy a line from your personal account without going to the partner or client's account.

When you receive a partner's account, an interface for managing customer lines appears in your personal account.

Payment methods in the partner's account
There are several ways to pay the line to the client: issue an invoice to the client, pay the line by card or your company’s account. More about each:
How to issue an invoice to the client's company
You can issue an invoice to the client's company from your office so that they pay it themselves. Instructions for invoicing — in the article "Invoicing to the client".

You can top up your company's account and pay the line to the client from it.

Payment using your bank details
After filling in the details of the company, you can receive an invoice for them. You can pay for it from the bank application or at a bank branch.

How to pay for a client's line with bonuses
When a partner purchases a line for 6 months or more, a discount for the duration is applied. And if the client pays for the line himself, the partner will receive cashback. Bonuses are displayed in the menu on the left under the profile icon. Bonuses are not tied to a specific company: they can be spent on the purchase and extension of any line.

In order to pay from the company's account, by card, and by account, you may use an auto payment. In the case of payment by invoice, the invoice will be issued 5 days before the end of the purchased line period.
