VK

The VKontakte channel allows you to receive and promptly respond to VK Messenger messages in the Community, monitor chats, and always stay in touch with clients. The channel is available in a single Dialogs.Pro window.
  1. Click on the “Link” button next to “VK”.
 
  1. Click the "Connect" button.
 
  1. Enter your phone number or email to log in to ChatApp to connect your VK account.
 
  1. To receive a VK registration code, scan the QR code, follow the generated link, send a message saying "Login," and receive a registration code.
 
  1. When registering using a phone number, enter the code received via SMS. You can confirm the connection using another method by clicking the "Confirm using another method" field.
The connection settings will open. Here you can see the username, access the profile via the link, and specify the group for which the profile is an administrator, if the community is created on VK.  
  1. Select the Communities group and click Allow.
 
  1. Click the "Close" button.
The line settings will show that the VK channel is connected.   Features and limitations of sending messages on VKontakte -- In this channel, the dialogue is initiated by the client; -- The following message types are supported: -- File upload limit is 50 MB. -- VKontakte comments are sent to Dialogs.Pro. However, if you reply to a comment, the reply will be sent as a private message to the client. -- In Bitrix24, a lead/deal entity is created—a comment and private messages in a single entity. The comment and a link to the post containing it are displayed. A response is sent to the client's private messages on behalf of the community. Attention! Messages from clients received on their personal page will not be sent to Dialogs.Pro.
