In “Selected Company” → “Settings” → “Company Data”, specify the legal entity.

A renewal notification is sent 5 days before the expiration date via WhatsApp and Email.
You can check the expiration date by selecting the required line in your personal account.

Dialogs cannot be transferred directly to another service, but they can be synchronized with CRM.
Also, the messenger itself allows synchronization of dialogs to cloud storage.

We recommend checking the details with the service where you want to transfer the dialogs.

Check the email specified during registration; login and password were sent there.

If not found, click “Reset Password” on this page and enter your email. The system will send you a message to set a new password.

🔹 If access to the email is lost, send a request from the official company email (on the corporate domain) to support-en@chatapp.online to change the login and password.
In the email, include:

Email address of the old account owner (if known)

Line ID (check in CRM)

Company name

Company phone numbers

Email address of the new primary owner.

Click on your avatar in the top left corner → the profile editing window will open.

You can pay for a line for 1 or 12 months.
To be charged every month, select 1 month and activate “Enable automatic payment.”
