For unconfirmed companies, the limit for initiating dialogs in the WhatsApp account is 250 conversations per day. For confirmed companies, the limit reaches 1000 dialogs per day and can be increased. Read more in that article.
To verify a company on Facebook*, use the instructions below.
1. Before applying for company confirmation, add the organization details.
On the Home page, click on the company name bar → the settings icon to the right of the name.
2. In the management menu on the left, find the item "Business Portfolio Information". This will open a tab with the company information.
Fill in the organization details.
Make sure that the information you send exactly matches the official data of your company.
3. Before applying for company confirmation, you must add three or more administrators to the company, each administrator must have a confirmed email and two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.
To add employees to the company and grant them access, select Users → People in Settings from the menu on the left and set the required parameters.
4. Before applying for verification, it is also important to check whether the personal page and company are not restricted. If there are restrictions, verification can be requested.
In the menu on the left, click on the tab "All tools" → "Business Support Home".
On the "Account overview" tab, you can see the restrictions, if any. There you can also request verification by starting account verification.
Filing an application
1. From the Settings menu, select Security Center.
2. If the button is active, you can start the company confirmation.
You'll need to provide company information, note how you can be contacted for confirmation, and upload documents.
1. Specify the name of the company, its type, add information about the organization.
2. If your company is not on the list or its details are incorrect, select "My company is not on the list".
3. Confirm the specified company name by uploading the document from the list:
- Business Bank Statement
- Business Registration or License Document
- Business Tax Documents
- Certificate/Articles of Incorporation
Note: scans should be made from the original documents, in color, of good quality.
It is also necessary that the data specified in the documents, information about the company on the website and in Facebook Business Manager* are identical.
4. Select a contact method to confirm the company data:
- Email address, its domain must be the same as the website domain. Recommended
- Phone call
- SMS
- WhatsApp message
- Domain verification (you must have admin access to your website's DNS provider or web hosting)
If you choose email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp, you will receive a confirmation code. You can also go through the domain confirmation procedure.
5. Enter the confirmation code and wait for the validation to complete.
6. After successful verification, the account status will change to "Verified":
Important: Once you have confirmed your company, do not change its data. Facebook* may block the company even if you simply replace " Individual" with "LLC".
If the "Confirm Company" button in Facebook Business Manager* is inactive
If the company confirmation button is inactive, you must first connect the WhatsApp Cloud API in the company. This will increase the company's credibility with Facebook*.
