When an incoming call to the company's messenger (WhatsApp or Telegram Personal) is received, an incoming Call-miss message is generated to which we can assign a bot reaction, for example, ask to call us back to our work number.
Go to Bot settings, Reaction to Keys tab:
- Select Reaction - Incoming Messages;
- Key - «Call»;
- Reaction Type - Messages.
In Bitrix24, you can set the trigger to the «Call» Key phrase and start the automatic calling rule from the company's work number.
In amoCRM, it is also possible to do using SalesBot of the ChatApp widget.
