Facebook

Facebook* is used for communication with clients; messages from the community will be available in Dialogs.Pro. To connect, you must have a business page.
  1. Click on the “Link” button next to “Facebook”.
 
  1. In the form that opens, you can read the instructions by clicking on the "How to connect Facebook" field.
 
  1. Click on the "Log in with Facebook" field to connect.
  2. Select your Facebook profile* or log in using your username and password.
  3. Select the company linked to your Instagram business account* and click "Continue." You can select multiple companies.
 
  1. Select the Facebook business page* linked to your Instagram business account* and click "Continue." You can select multiple business pages.
 
  1. Click “Save” → wait a bit → click “Understood”.
 
  1. Be sure to select the Facebook* account you want to connect to the line and click “Connect”.
  The line settings will show that the Facebook channel is connected.
