1. In the Bot section, select or create a Bot.
2. Create New Condition → Feedback
3. Choose Time after close to collect feedback. Write a text before getting feedback, text for assessment and review, and commands that trigger grade collection

4. For each rating scale, write a response for the client.

A list of all reviews and ratings for each individual line can be obtained by clicking on the Reviews and ratings tab of the main menu:

If the bot requested a rating, and the employee, without waiting for it, starts a dialogue on a new one, in this case the bot opens the dialog and resets the rating request until the next close.
